These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeta99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at jeta99.pro and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered by jeta99, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and card games (collectively, the "Services").

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account shall be forfeited. jeta99 does not accept liability for any losses incurred by an underage player who has misrepresented their age to gain access to the platform.

To access the full range of jeta99 Services, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. jeta99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on jeta99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is a material breach of these Terms. If jeta99 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jeta99 accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Closure

You may request closure of your jeta99 account at any time by contacting support. jeta99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where jeta99 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, abuse of promotions, or any other breach of these Terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

jeta99 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jeta99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however jeta99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits deemed unusually large. Deposits are credited to your jeta99 wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jeta99 does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. jeta99 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad during support operating hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

jeta99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. If such documents are not provided within 72 hours of the request, the withdrawal may be cancelled and the funds returned to your jeta99 wallet balance.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on jeta99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. Western Arabic numerals are used exclusively; Bengali numeral characters are not used on jeta99.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• jeta99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any other form of abuse will have their bonus cancelled, their account closed, and any associated winnings forfeited.

Conflicting Bonuses

All bets and game rounds placed on jeta99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, game, or game provider in addition to these general Terms. Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed in your account. jeta99 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet amount exceeds applicable limits, where a technical error has occurred, or where jeta99 has reasonable grounds to suspect integrity issues.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided if: the event to which it relates is cancelled or suspended; an error in the published odds is identified; a technical failure affected the integrity of the game round; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's wallet balance.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, jeta99 will endeavour to complete the round based on the last valid game state recorded by the platform server. If a round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, the stake will be returned to your wallet balance. jeta99 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connection failures outside the platform's control.

Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to place bets or derive winnings.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or using jeta99 as a conduit for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming.

Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
